A 54 years
Fat, fair, Flabby female came on 8th Sept 2015 for Right Nasal Polyp
which was coming out of the nostril with severe obstruction and mucoid, watery nasal
discharge. Polyp was pale, pink in color & quiet painful. She was explaining
it as if something is biting inside. Obstruction of the nose was aggravated by
lying down on the side lain on. She also suffered from worm infestation in the
past. She was suffering from flushes of heat in the evening when she was
getting more excitable & talkative.
She is quiet
active, vivacious, irritable lady. Her irritability gets aggravated during pain
and during dinner when her heaviness in the forehead increases. During
irritability, she was becoming mad. She used to be more excited & loquacious
in the evening. She is quiet fastidious in her work.
She has
already consumed number of allopathic medicines and she was quiet sensitive to
those medicines and becomes restless after the medicines.
